  • Q1. What is your terms of packing?

    A A1: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons,if separate foam cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
  • Q2: What is your terms of payment?

    A A2: For order less than USD3000, 100% T/T in advance. For order more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. (The buyer should be responsible for all the bank charge). We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.we accept paypal, TT, Western Union.
  • Q3:  What is your terms of delivery?

    A A3:EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR
  • Q4:How about your delivery time?

    A A4:he specific delivery time dependson the items and the quantity of your order.
  • Q5.:Can you produce according to the samples?

    A A5: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
  • Q6: What is your sample policy?

    A A6: We can supply the sample, but the customers nend to pay the sample charge and freight charge.
  • Q7:Do you test all your goods before delivery?

    A A7: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
  • Q8.:How to proceed an order for led light?

    A A8: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
          Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
         Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
  • Q9.:Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

    A A9: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
  • Q10: How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

             2) We respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they come from.
  • Q11:For the products of Amazon sellers, will they provide packaging enhancement service?

    A We can provide: 1. Packaging can provide enhanced protection; 2. 2. The outer box can be made of wooden cases; 3. We can provide the video of the packing test.
  • Q12:Can you provide high-definition pictures and videos?

    A 1)If the order is our regular style, we can provide free high-definition pictures and selfie videos;
    2) If you order customized products, you need to pay $15 for picture shooting and $120-$150 for video shooting (depending on the fee standard of would-be photographers) for each product. If you choose our salesman to take a selfie for the video, it will be free of charge.
  • Q13:What after-sale services are available?

    A 1) Warranty period of 2 years; 2) Provide 3% spare parts (fragile parts); 3)High-definition pictures (non-custom); 4)Can pay for broken goods (freight); 5)For the old customers who cooperate for more than two years, the warranty period can be extended.
  • Q14:If the goods are damaged in transit, will be how to deal with?

    A 1) For the products with large volume and large area of fragile part, we will suggest making wooden frame for outer packing (the cost shall be paid by the customer); 2) For the crystal part, the corresponding compensation will be made after the evaluation.
